"I contacted State Farm for Auto renewal. I was very please with the rate I was quoted. I receive a good student discount for my two daughters and was asked to provide their GPA for this semester. I sent them over. I was then told I needed to provide their final grades instead. We sent those over. Days go by and then we were asked to provides their full Transcript. We sent that on 7/12. On 6/28 I received my next bill and my premium increased almost $300 from last month. No notification. We have received the Good student discount for the past several years with our other 2 carriers with no issue. When I inquired I was told that they are tougher than other carriers. A little more clarity and more efficient follow up could have gone a long way with this situation. we are cancelling our coverage immediately and moving on to an agency that knows what they are doing."
